No one person is the same when it comes to losing body fat. But here are two ways that can definitely help you kickstart weight loss. Water - this is very important. The majority of us do not supply our bodies with enough water in the day. Because of this our bodies physiological response is to retain the water it has so that the cells in our bodies do not shrivel up and die! Drinking water can be an easy way to assist in this journey! Drinking half your body weight in ounces should do (example: 200lbs person should drink 100oz) Food – fueling your body appropriately. This means being in a caloric deficit. Think about it, if you are intaking more energy than you are expending your body will store the excess energy as fat (a readily available source of energy).
