The Dirty on the Dairy

The dish on dairy - Harvard HealthI have NEVER been a big fan of dairy, cheese or milk. But I have always wondered should we even be consuming dairy? I personally think that it is weird we consume dairy. Do we see any other animal on earth drinking another animal's milk (by choice). Food for thought. 

Most of the world is actually lactose intolerant! 75% of the world population is unable to break down lactose. Dairy can cause breakouts and digestive issues. Yet it also carries a lot of nutritious ingredients (calcium, vitamin b12, vitamin D, etc.)

If milk doesn’t agree with you, you can always choose to use oat, almond, rice or any other kind of milk. There are lots of options nowadays. I choose oat milk because I like its taste and texture most. But most people I know prefer almond milk!
