The Dirty on the Dairy

Most of the world is actually lactose intolerant! 75% of the world population is unable to break down lactose. Dairy can cause breakouts and digestive issues. Yet it also carries a lot of nutritious ingredients (calcium, vitamin b12, vitamin D, etc.)
If milk doesn’t agree with you, you can always choose to use oat, almond, rice or any other kind of milk. There are lots of options nowadays. I choose oat milk because I like its taste and texture most. But most people I know prefer almond milk!
