Enough of these weight loss supplements, fat burners, protein powders (with some exceptions). Get your nutrients from real food. By real food I don’t mean the stuff that comes from a box down the aisle. I mean the things that have an expiration date. A simple way to put it is things without a nutrient label are considered real food. But I do understand where society is at right now. These options are few and far between. 

If you want to reach your goals in a healthy way the best thing you can do is consume the foods that your body needs. 

An easy way to do all these suggestions is to shop on the outsides of the store. These things need to be refrigerated and spoil. This means that it has natural compounds in it. Although a box of KD every once in a while is fine, have you ever seen it go moldy? Probably not because it can stay good for YEARS! 

If you choose to supplement, make sure you are supplementing what you need. Not what someone tells you, is working for them. Everyone's body is different and some of us need more vitamin and mineral supplementation than others. Our bodies do not process them as well as the average. Ask your doctor for a blood test to check your vitamin and mineral levels. This could help A LOT!
