Morning Routine
When I first started working from home, I did not have a routine at all. I came to realize that this needed to change real quick. My mind was all over the place and I couldn't not get organized, despite finishing the work I needed to get done in the day.
So I decided to whip myself up a schedule. This is a little preview:
730am to 8am - Get up, make a coffee and fill out my Gratitude Journal, Productivity Planner and look at what is on the agenda for today!
8am to 845am - Workout (I prefer to do a quick HIIT circuit and handstand practice)
845am to 930am - Shower and get ready for the day
930am to 1230am - I make breakfast and get started on my work day!
Basically, what I am telling you is STAY ON A ROUTINE! This will make you more productive - not eating out of boredom - and you will feel way better getting things done than sitting on the couch watching Grey’s Anatomy all day (which I also do on occasion - everything in moderation!).
