Keeping Busy in Isolation

How successful creatives harness the power of a daily routine ...We all know what is going on in the world currently, so I am not going to spend any time explaining it. I will however give you some of the tips that I have learned to SAVE MYSELF FROM BOREDOM.

First, I am keeping myself on a routine (very similar to the one I would normally be on otherwise). I still get up in the morning, make myself a coffee and eat some breakfast, then get myself to work (aka. A table in my bedroom). Routine is VERY important.

Learning a new skill, we all have moments where we think we have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do. You are wrong, this time can be filled with learning a new skill. For me I set aside 30-45 minutes a day to work on my handstands - hopefully by the end of this I am a pro.

Lastly, doing the things I have been telling myself I will do once I have the time. This means cleaning out my drawers, getting rid of LOTS of clothes, deep cleaning my mattress and trying to set some time aside to do some mobility work (I am VERY not flexible).

Keep yourself busy during isolation, there are a million things you can do that aren't eating haha.

Yours truly,

Meg
