Sweat for HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training, we have talked about this one before but it is important enough to bring it up again! I have recently added HIIT to my everyday routine. There is nothing better than spending 10 minutes doing some sweaty exercises to get your day started! The best thing about this is that you can do it at home, the gym, your boyfriend's house, outside, WHEREVER, WHENEVER!
To make the most out of the ten minutes I may have, I like to do full body movements. This way I can burn the most amount of calories as possible. But you can also choose to do HIIT for the upper and lower body separately.
Note that if you know you have a couple exercises you love but are difficult for you endurance wise, throw in an exercise between these two to give your body a little bit of a rest. But not too much! The point is to increase our heart rate in intervals NOT to bring it down to resting and start again.
Yours truly,
Meg
