What Are Amino Acids?
This is a very commonly use term in the strength training world. Yet it is not completely understood by many. If you are one of those persons you are not alone.
Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, which play many major roles in the body (Kubala, 2018). As per Kubala, they are used in the processes of creating protein, synthesizing hormones\neurotransmitters. Many people use them as a supplement to enhance athletic performance and boost muscle synthesis in the body.
