You Don't Have To Live In Pain

You Are Not Alone - Find Purpose Through Pain | Chrysalis
One of my biggest pet peeves are people who are constantly in pain, “have done everything” and are still in pain. Now, yes there are exceptions to every story, I believe that 100%! BUT i also believe there are MANY people out there who are living with chronic pain, say they have tried everything and nothing works. The reason I am saying it this way is because, yes you may have TRIED it but did not give everything a fighting chance. Most things that will help you take time. There are rarely circumstances that provide instant gratification.

Did you know that individuals with chronic pain can be referred to a Kinesiologist in the area to help them develop a pain management plan. This would include exercises to reduce pain,  healthy lifestyle changes and some motivation to put these mechanisms in place with some guidance.

For the most part chronic pain is caused but some muscular imbalance, or immobility. This can be treated with simple exercises and mobility work. I am not saying not to take your MD prescribed medication. I am saying that you DON'T have to live in pain all the time! Give exercise a chance (not just one day and feel nothing) muscles take time to build, give them that time.
Yours truly,

Meg
